REFUND AND CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

Cancellation requests will be processed subject to the terms of the service agreement, if applicable.

Venusia Fitedutech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any service due to unforeseen circumstances or policy violations.

2. Refund Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed through the original payment method.

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
